GENERAL TOS

⯌ Due to personal circumstances, I will be having a friend hold on to the money until further notice, so any payment will be going towards my friend and not me for the moment
⯌ I have the right to decline your commission and to post my own art, please let me know beforehand if you don't want me to post it
⯌ do not claim my art as your own, always credit me when possible
⯌ when providing a character reference, please make sure it is clear and unwatermarked (if possible); I cannot work with descriptions
⯌ please ask before editing my art/designs!
⯌ I will send you watermarked progress checks at each stage (sketch, lineart, coloring); I can make edits during the sketch stage and minor edits during the lineart and coloring stage
⯌ my art and designs are only meant for personal use
⯌ bought premade designs cannot be refunded, art and customs can be refunded if I am at the sketch stage
⯌ if you are unsatisfied with something, please let me know respectfully and politely! depending on what it is, I will do my best to change it

DESIGN TOS

⯌ do not sell my designs for more than they are worth; for example, if you obtained one for free, you cannot sell it at all unless you commissioned or added your own art to it.
⯌ all my designs must have a toyhou.se profile and be visible to me at all times; if I am unable to see my design and this is not changed after a warning, I will reupload and reclaim the design.
⯌ for those who do not have a toyhouse, I will create a profile and label it "owned offsite".
⯌ redesigns are okay, just keep it recognizable.
⯌ please do not delete my designs. transfer them back to me if you don't want them
⯌ do not use my designs for nsfw, problematic or hateful purposes.
